All Zenova Bio products are sold exclusively for in-vitro and in-vivo preclinical research purposes. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, Health Canada, or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary therapeutic use. Purchasing from Zenova Bio constitutes agreement that the products will be used only for lawful research purposes.

We require all customers to confirm they are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that they are not acquiring products for personal therapeutic use. We may request institutional affiliation for certain products or large-volume orders. Age verification (18+) is required at checkout.

The legal status of research peptides varies by jurisdiction. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia, where research-use peptides are generally permitted for laboratory and academic research. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that purchasing and receiving these products complies with applicable local laws. We recommend consulting with a legal professional if uncertain about your jurisdiction's regulations.

Our support team includes scientists who can discuss published research, dosing literature, and general protocol design within the bounds of research-use guidance. We cannot provide medical advice or clinical dosing recommendations. For complex protocol questions, we recommend connecting with a licensed researcher or medical professional.

Add 1–2 mL of bacteriostatic water (preferred) or sterile water for injection to the lyophilized vial. Tilt and swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved — do not vortex or shake vigorously. The reconstituted solution should be clear and colourless. Store at 4°C and use within 28–30 days. If the solution appears cloudy or discoloured, discard it.

Most formulations are available in 2 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg vials. Stack products (Reverie ZB-04) come in multi-vial sets. The available concentrations for each product are listed on the product detail page. If you need a custom quantity for a research project, contact our support team.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides stored at −20°C have a shelf life of 24–36 months from the date of synthesis, subject to product specifications. Once reconstituted and stored at 4°C, peptides should be used within 28–30 days. All products include a lot number and expiry date. Lot-specific stability data is available via the lot lookup tool.

Some compounds have published evidence for combined use in research contexts — BPC analog (Apex) and thymosin beta-4 (Accord) is the most well-studied pairing. Our Science section and Journal contain articles discussing published stacking data. We do not provide personal stacking guidance, but our support team can point you to relevant published literature for your research.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum), bank transfer for orders over $500, and PayPal in select regions. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. Credit card statements will show "ZNV Bio Research LLC" as the merchant name.

Yes. Subscribing to a recurring delivery schedule for any product saves 15% on every order. You can set the interval (30, 60, or 90 days), modify quantities, pause, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Subscribe-and-save orders are charged and shipped automatically on your chosen schedule.

There is no minimum order value. Orders over $150 qualify for free cold-chain shipping. Orders under $150 incur a flat cold-chain shipping fee of $18 for domestic US and Canada orders, and $34 for international orders.

All orders are packed in temperature-controlled insulated mailers with phase-change material rated to maintain 2–8°C for a minimum of 72 hours. Each shipment includes a temperature logger that records every 15 minutes throughout transit. You can download the temperature log for your shipment from your account dashboard after delivery. If any temperature excursion is recorded, we will replace the order at no cost.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship on the next business day. Express next-day delivery options are available at checkout for urgent research needs.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most EU member states. International shipments use a dedicated cold-chain courier with end-to-end temperature monitoring. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for research peptides before ordering.

Every lot has a full Certificate of Analysis published on our Lot Lookup page. Enter your lot number (printed on the vial label, e.g., ZB-2604-A) to retrieve the full report including HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry data, endotoxin results, and heavy metals screening. COA data is also included as a QR code in the physical packaging.

Our minimum acceptable purity threshold is 99.0% by reversed-phase HPLC. The industry standard is typically 98%. Our current average across all lots is 99.4%. Any lot that fails to meet the 99.0% threshold is quarantined and not released for sale. We do not offer "research grade" tiers — every product sold meets the same standard.

Endotoxins are lipopolysaccharides from the cell walls of gram-negative bacteria. Even trace quantities can trigger an inflammatory immune response that confounds research results, particularly in in-vivo work. Most peptide vendors do not perform endotoxin testing because the LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay adds cost. We consider it non-negotiable: our limit is <0.05 EU/mg, well below the USP injectable limit of 5 EU/kg body weight. See our Science Journal for a detailed explainer on LAL assays.

Our primary testing partner is Eurofins Scientific GmbH in Hamburg, one of the world's largest ISO 17025 accredited analytical testing organisations. Heavy metals screening is conducted by SGS Group in Geneva. Select lots for Canadian distribution undergo additional sterility testing with Charles River Laboratories in Montreal.
